Job Description

We are looking for a mature, well organised and highly personable individual to work in our Twickenham Giant store as our Assistant Manager and primary bike fitter.

The role is to be duty manager when the manager is off or on holiday and assist with the day to day running of the store. However, equally important will be maximising the growth of bike fitting for us in Twickenham. We have invested heavily in a state of the art Retul bike fitting system and purpose built studio to house it in. We now need a motivated bike fitter to get the best out of our facilities.

Experience of store management and bike fitting would be an advantage but we are willing to offer full training to the right individual.

We are focused on offering services for cyclists beyond selling bike kit and fixing bikes. Our aim is to offer cyclists a local hub for all their cycling needs.

Working for us you will need to be outgoing and communicative, open minded to all types of cycling activity and love everything about the Giant brand (as they are our key partner).

Skills/Experience Required

You will need to show that you have the following:-

  • An ability to manage others
  • A “Can Do” attitude.
  • An ability to sell to people
  • An outgoing personality
  • A desire to offer excellent customer service
  • An interest in road bike set up and bike fitting
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Love cycling
  • Have an open mind to new things.

We offer competitive pay rates and staff discounts.
