Job Description
We have a vacancy for an experienced sales advisor. Must have a proven sales track record. Duties include advising customers on products and services, merchandising, booking stock in, updating website, liaising with suppliers, dealng with customer queries and emails. Some cycle repair work involved as and when required.
We are looking to hire a keen cyclist who is passionate about the cycle industry. Applicant must be up to date with current bike technology. Excellent customer service skills essential. Self motivated with good time management. Applicant must have a friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
Must be able to work in a team.

All applicants must have basic bicycle repair experience.

Skills/Experience Required
- Only candidates with in-depth knowledge of bicycles will be considered
- Excellent customer service skills essential
- Self-motivated with good time management
- Ideally the applicant will be Cytech qualified
- Ability to work on both road and off-road bikes
- Good technical knowledge and up to date with current bike technology is essential for this position
- Must be able to work in a team
