Job Description

ue to the expansion of Dolan Bikes, the position of Sales and Customer Care Consultant, on a full-time basis, is now available.

 

Based in our showroom in Burscough, L40 8LA, you will be responsible for all showroom-based roles. Sales and Customer Care will involve communication in person, via email as well as over the phone, aiding worldwide customers with purchasing from our range of bikes, providing technical advice and aftersales services. Bike Fitting, full training will be provided, will also feature as we offer custom built bikes to all our clients. Bikes will be from a range of disciplines including but not limited to, Road, Track, Gravel and Triathlon. Product knowledge from these disciplines would be advantageous to the applicant.

 

Sales and Customer Care experience is considered beneficial for this position however full in-house Dolan Bikes training will be provided.

 

Working hours will be Monday – Friday 0900-1700 and occasional Saturday’s 0900-1300. Due to Dolan Bikes exhibiting around the country throughout the year, occasional weekend work will also be required.

 

A competitive salary will be based upon previous experience, accompanied by the Dolan Bikes benefits scheme.
