Buds Fitness is a family-run strength and wellbeing business based in Cambridgeshire, founded by husband-and-wife team Liam and Abbie Baker.

Abbie leads our in-house studio as Head Coach, delivering inclusive training sessions that help people build strength, confidence, and consistency in a supportive setting.
? Liam is a Strength & Conditioning Coach who focuses on the retail and events side of Buds Fitness, developing purpose-led community projects and sourcing reliable, coach-approved fitness products for everyday lifters.

Shop History
Our retail journey began by partnering with RDX Sports, a respected British boxing and weightlifting brand, who have proudly supplied us since 2023.

We then welcomed UK-based brands Phoenix Fitness and Myga, followed by a growing range of global names including Adidas, Rival Boxing, and YY Vertical.
Most recently, we secured our first exclusivity agreement with the small UK brand Gymist, offering lifter-focused kit tested in real gym environments.
