Forum Books is an award winning independent bookshop now in a beautiful listed chapel in the heart of Corbridge, Northumberland. We stock an eye-popping, original handpicked selection of books - almost 10,000! - and can order up to 750,000 other titles often for next day. Signed copies, blind date books and friendly knowledgeable recommendations are amongst our signature bestsellers. We hold regular story times for children, school visits to the bookshop & author visits to schools. The pulpit doubles as a reading den for children during the day and is perfect for our author events in the evening. Our regular events programme brings 40-50 writers, illustrators, chefs to Corbridge - from debut novelists to well known bestselling authors. Including in 2018: Matt Haig, The Honeys, Laura Barnett & Kathryn Williams, Tara Westover, Emma Healey, Mac Barnett & Jon Klassen, Willy Vlautin, Graham Robb, Diana Henry, A.J. Pearce and Kate Atkinson. And we are pioneering the Silent Book Disco!
