Wicked Bikes is a busy bicycle workshop and retail space based at Hackney Bridge, a lively canalside destination surrounded by cafés, restaurants and creative businesses.
We are a small and friendly team of riders and mechanics who enjoy what we do and take pride in offering reliable, high-quality service to our local cycling community.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced and confident mechanic to join our workshop full-time.
This position suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and keeping bikes in top condition. You’ll work independently most of the time, but in a supportive team where experience and good communication are valued.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and servicing to a high standard
  
  

• Help with workshop organisation and stock control
  
  

• Occasionally assist customers with bike or accessory sales
  
  

• Maintain a tidy, safe and efficient workspace
  
  

About You

• A Minimum of 5 years of workshop experience
  
  

• Confident working on all common types of bicycles
  
  

• Good communication and teamwork skills
  
  

• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
  
  

• Cytech Level 2 or 3 qualification (preferred but not essential)
  
  

• Willing to work some weekends on rotation
