Full Time Experienced Bicycle Mechanic/Technician 

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated individual to join our growing team at Big on Bikes.

The Role:

This is a full role.

We all share the same passion, drive and take a great deal of pride in everything we do. We are looking for a hands-on, technically minded individual who has the same passion and drive we do.

• You will need to be organised.
• Manage your time between the workshop and advising customers.
• Take pride in every service/repair
• Able to work under own initiative
• Competent bike mechanic on all types of bikes including e-bikes
• Diagnose and fix all types of bike faults
• Process orders and take payments
• Deliver great customer service

Full time Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week. Shifts based on working 5 days out of 7

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Essential:

• Friendly and approachable personality
• Good team player
• Cytech 2 qualification or equivalent.
• 2-5 years workshop experience
• A passion for bikes and delivering excellent service

Desirable:

• Cytech 3 qualification
• Experience maintaining E-Bikes
• Driving licence
