Job Description

We are looking for someone to take over the running of our busy workshop in Twickenham. Our current senior mechanic is moving to another of our stores creating an opportunity for someone to come in and turn this workshop into their very own well-oiled machine. The workshop operates with a workshop manager/senior mechanic and a bike builder or apprentice.

Ideally you will be able to say yes to the following: -

•         2 years’ experience working on bikes priced from £300 to £5000+

•         A commercial outlook

•         A friendly personality

•         Prove you can deliver excellent customer service

•         Good time management and work to a schedule

•         Enjoy working in a team!

•         Have Cytech level 2 or equivalent (or have the relevant industry experience)

Our Twickenham store sells and services some incredible bikes, so the work is varied and the customers friendly and affluent. This role will suit working mechanics, good bike builders and home mechanics with high level transferable skills, looking to change career.

We need people who want to work in a relaxed customer focused environment, whether you are already a workshop manager and fancy a change, or looking for your first head mechanic/workshop manager role.

We think people work better when they look forward to going to work and we want everyone in our team happy and motivated so they positively engage with and impress our customers each day.
