V12 are extending their opening hours to support retailers and customers during this festive period.

V12 hours

During this festive period, V12 want to increase the support available to you and your customers. From this Friday their Customer Services, Underwriting and Validations teams will be operating on extended working hours.

What are the extended hours:
Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 9.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 9.00pm

When are these hours available:
Friday 25th November 2022 - Saturday 7th January 2023

Exclusions: Saturday 24th and 31st December 2022, where they will maintain their regular trading hours of 9.00am - 6.00pm
