Leading bike retailers adopt Myagi's online training platform

Posted on in Business News, Cycles News

Myagi, a leading online retail sales training platform, has signed agreements to provide its software to a number of leading UK cycle retailers including: Edinburgh Bicycle Cooperative, Alpine Bikes, Leisure Lakes, Rutland Cycles, Cycle Surgery and Cycles UK, with more to be announced shortly.

This consortium of cycle retailers will launch training on the Myagi platform later this year, connecting product based content produced mostly by its brands, to sales associates. The training will provide customers with an enhanced in-store shopping experience, and will serve to increase sales and customer service.

https://encrypted-tbn2.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQ2QIs7NZ0h5jJsN8R2ROCGvd28FNWWUfFfOEoVguAhOXjSpzUe6wMyagi is a leading online retail sales training platform that connects brands with retailers to provide on-demand, product and customer service training to sales associates. Retailers and Brands can use the software to create and deliver retail training content and to track knowledge achievement and related sales growth. By providing the right advice on the right product at the right time, retailers and brands are able to enhance the entire in-store customer shopping experience.

Jeremy Miles, Managing Director of Edinburgh Bicycle Cooperative commented - "We've been looking for a more cost-efficient and effective way to provide sales training to our front line retail staff. Myagi enables us to create our own content as well as connect product training videos from our brands directly to our staff to ensure appropriate levels of product knowledge and customer service."

Alpine Bikes General Manager, Keith Taylor commented - "Myagi has already proven success in the sports and outdoor industry. Our sister company Tiso is using the platform and benefits from on demand, up to date product knowledge in a format they can easily absorb. It made sense for us to also adopt the Myagi platform which we believe to be a very innovative solution to a long standing issue of accessing product information easily and on demand."

Leisure Lakes owner Tim Noy commented - "Anything that helps our staff access up to date product knowledge is a good thing. Myagi allows staff to train online and on demand, making it really accessible. Having all our online training in one place makes perfect sense and is something both retailers and brands can benefit from."

Richard Schofield - Owner at Cycles UK commented - "Our brands already do some great in person work to help ensure our staff have a deep understanding of their products but we believe the adoption of Myagi will be an excellent online training compliment in the cycle industry. Myagi provides a common platform ensuring front line staff have the product knowledge they need to advise and guide customers on their shopping journey".

Richard Smith, Business Development Manager for Myagi commented - "It's exciting that so many highly respected retailers are adopting our platform. We are already in conversations with some of the industries leading brands who have recognised the benefit of a multi-brand retailer training platform. We believe this is something the whole industry will benefit from, so we invite bike shop owners, brands and distributors of all sizes to contact us and be a part of the Myagi cycle consortium launch later in the year." Please email Richard at richard.smith@myagi.com for more details.
