The annual celebration of bike shops across the nation is fast approaching! Be sure to pop down to your local bike shop this Saturday to get a taste of the passion, knowledge and personalised service they offer to their local communities all year round.

Get Cycling in York is celebrating Local Bike Shop Day with free checks, half-price hire and discounted refurbished cycles
The shop’s talented mechanics will be on hand to offer free checks and advice to anyone who turns up with their cycle on April 30 and May 1 from 11am-3pm – no booking required.
And for those without a cycle, there’ll be a huge range of refurbished cycles on offer in the organisation’s Spring Sale the same weekend.
As well as refurbished two-wheelers, the not-for-profit will be selling tandems bikes, wheelchair tandems, upright trikes and recumbents. The shop’s new cycles and accessories will still be available as usual.
