Craft Hobby and Stitch International

It is just under two weeks until one of the most hotly anticipated events in the crafting calendar, Craft, Hobby + Stitch International (CHSI) returns to the NEC Birmingham.

As sewing, knitting and all things handmade continue their revival in popularity, ICHF Events Ltd prepares for its 500th show, CHSI 2012, the largest dedicated trade show for the creative art, craft, needlecraft and hobby industries, taking place at the NEC, Birmingham on 19th -21st February 2012.

ICHF show organiser, Troy Bennett says, "Reaching our 500th show is quite a milestone but Craft, Hobby + Stitch International, as always, has its eye on the future. This year we are focused on helping retailers improve sales even in this hard economic climate.

Andrew Morton, ICHF Events Ltd, says, "Exhibitor stand sales are up by approximately 15% on the same time last year with strong interest and bookings from international companies especially the USA and, for the first time, a Japanese stationery company will be exhibiting at the 2012 show."

Retailers visiting Craft, Hobby + Stitch International 2012 can see the latest fabrics, embellishments, yarns and designs on the Catwalk Fashion Show providing inspiration for the season's latest materials.
